Based on preliminary information gathering, the Summit Organizing Committee integrated resources catering to the different needs of participating enterprises and arranged one-on-one meetings during the summit to create business matchmaking opportunities.

A great number of American companies came as promised. They diligently prepared for the summit with  professional PPT files, well designed promotional materials, etc. Even so, American entrepreneurs were still concerned that the translation services provided by the organizing committee would not match the professionalism of their projects and that some terminologies might encounter language barriers during communication. So they brought along their own interpreters. A few others who work at government agencies also spontaneously volunteered to serve as interpreters, much to the delight of attending companies.
